broadband, tv and phone were all off last night 10 july. Phone still off but Status shows no problems. Reluctant to call on mobile as it isn't Virgin and I dread the cost. Help!

Our customer support team can be contacted on 0345 454 1111 and If you have a Pay Monthly phone plan then Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number.
