phone line stopped working

I had to reboot my hub 3 yesterday and ever since I did it my phone line has been down. I can't run a test because of a problem. I have logged into the router and it is saying phone not ready. 1hour on hold on my mobile and had to end the call as I have a life to get on with. Does anyone have a suggestion on what else I can do?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues to with your phone line.

 

Can you confirm the issue, is there no dial tone? Are you unable to make or receive calls?
