My phone line stopped working in March and I have not been able to book an engineer or speak to anyone on 150. Ive tried 3 phones on it, 2 of them new. I get no dial tone, just a crackly line, and if you ring the line you either get a deadline noise or 3 beeps and it rings off. Ive run a status check on it several times and always states there are no issues (!)
I really need someone from virgin media to contact me and get this sorted asap!
