Home phone completely dead, noticed yesterday but not sure how long it's been down.
Neighbour the same, as is 2 friend's houses further up the road.
Test says no fault found.
Friend tried to get through to report it but couldn't get through.

Can't find any appt on my account. However my phone is now working ( the dialing tone is intermittent but I can make a call), but my 3 neighbours aren't!
