My telephone started to cut out after a few minutes into a conversation.
It started on Friday and has effectively rendered my telephone useless.
I've been to the status page, which does not report any problem in my area, and run the phone line test, which doesnt find a problem.
I rang #150 and spoke to a lady at length who insisted that everything was fine, saying that the phone had not cut out whilst speaking to her, which was indeed the case.
I therefore purchased a new telephone at a cost of some £40, only to find that the line still cuts out after a few minutes.
I am at a loss as to what to do - support has been distinctly unhelpfull, I'm £40 out of pocket, and still have an apparently faulty phone line that keeps cutting out.
If this issue can't be resolved soon, my only option will be to change to a different provider.
