We do have a variety of different platforms to report faults from. We're always more than happy to assist with any technical matters from here. If you have a mobile, you can call us on 0345 454 1111 / 789 (if you have a Virgin Mobile).
Alternatively, you can text us via Whatsapp on +44 7305 327 112 and our Faults Team can assist you from there.
If you are experiencing issues with your broadband at the moment, please tell us more about the issue and we'll be more than happy to help. You can also check online here to see if there's any known faults in your area.
