my phone has been not working for 3 weeks now. reported it 3 times and still no action to resolve it. getting very annoyed now, can't get through to the support department tried 4 times this week. very disappointed and if its not fixed soon I'm cancelling my contract with Virgin. broadband and TV fine, just phone not working.
hello, yes tried our existing handset at another address with Virgin phone and it works fine. also tried a different handset in my house, same problem. fault is at virgins end.
