phone fault

my phone has been not working for 3 weeks now. reported it 3 times and still no action to resolve it. getting very annoyed now, can't get through to the support department tried 4 times this week. very disappointed and if its not fixed soon I'm cancelling my contract with Virgin. broadband and TV fine, just phone not working.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've an issue with the line, 

 

Can you confirm if you've texted a different handset?

 

Is there an issue making or receiving calls, no dial tone?

  • hello, yes tried our existing handset at another address with Virgin phone and it works fine. also tried a different handset in my house, same problem. fault is at virgins end.

Hello, yes the phone is working now but the caller display isn't working. any chance you can look into this for me please.
