My phone stopped working today and displays 'Check Phone Line' message. I have checked all plugs and cables and found nothing untoward. I do know that engineers have been working on a cabinet that I am connected to and was wondering if they could have accidentally disconnected the phone line. I cannot seem to contact Virgins help line so wanted to know if there is anything else I can do?
