I have no dial tone on my virgin landline, the phone is alright what do I do now?

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums, and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you're having issues with your phone line at the moment.
I've run some checks from our end, and can see no reason for this, so as you've eliminated the phone, the next step would be to look into getting a technician out to look at things locally for you.
