why when changing my vm contract, to remove my land line, we get told it takes 30 days, but they cut it off instantly, and still shows as active on my account? I am still being charged for this service for another month!!!!
would love to phone them about it but guess what no phone!!
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear of the landline issues. It wouldn't have disconnected sooner than thirty days. Have checked the system and no issues are showing. How's the phoneline been since posting? Let me know if you need further issues.
