phone and internet down

I cannot get through to anyone, please help. it's been 2 days without internet/phone/tv. 

my phone tells me to check the phone line, my internet isn't working (I've tried EVERYTHING they suggested online) I've even gone outside to check the box, seems okay. 

 

would love some help, I have work all week I don't know what to do.

Sorry to hear that you have no TV, dial tone for your landline or broadband services. I've run a remote diagnostic and our records indicate an appointment has already been created for you you will be able to view updates here

brown box

does thus mean anything to anyone?

is the red light bad?

im trying to figure out why my phone line/internet is dead

the brown box outside has a red light over ‘opt in’ and green light over ‘pwr’

My guess would be that the red light does indicate a fault.  As you already have an engineer appointment booked there isn't really anything else that can be done before they arrive.
