my outside box has come off the wall and the cables are exposed, is it possible for this to be fixed/replaced please?
I've spoken to 2 operators now who took details of the issue and said they would take forward and the line just went dead.

I have taken a look from our side and can confirm the team have forwarded the details as requested
Did they provide a time scale for this?
