number not changed over as promised

I took out the virgin media\02 volt package and VM said they had transferred by number over but it appears this is not the case as I have been given a new number ?  How do I go about getting my own number back please

Re: number not changed over as promised

Hi @gdc

Welcome to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.

I am sorry to hear your number has not been transferred over.

Just to clarify, are you looking to port your existing Virgin mobile number over to O2?

Apologies for any confusion.

Re: number not changed over as promised

Hi gdc,

It would need you to request your PAC code form us and then contact O2

You can get a PAC in a few ways: Sign in to your online account and select Switching to make your request. Text 'PAC' and your date of birth (in DDMMYYY format) to 65075 For example: PAC 01031984. Call us on 789 from your Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 ** from any other phone.

Sorry if the information you were give in incorrect
