since yesterday i not receiving incoming call ( Area 15) but i can make outgoing call, i have try different phone and it the same problem, the phone make beep noise then cut off, no ring tones. No call divert is turn on phone.Is there problem in the area?

I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues receiving calls recently. I've checked things over on our systems and I'm currently unable to detect any issues in the area to explain this problem. Do you have any other sockets in the home that the phone can connect to? That way we can rule out this being a potential socket issue.

i have only got one phone socket. Now i can't make outgoing call, there is no dial tone. So i use my mobile phone and call 150 and say 'sorry you can't use your virgin media phone service'.
