no land line

I HAVE HAD NO LAND LINE FOR TEN DAYS NOW,TRIED ALL LAST WEEK TO GET THROUGH AND NOTHING,NOT AN ANSWER,SPENT TIME ON A COMPLAINTS CHAT,ALL WEEKEND CONNECTED,I GAVE THEM ALL THE INFO NEEDED,PROMISED TO GET IT SORTED ONLY TO BE TOLS,SORRY YOU HAVE TO CALL,BUT HOW CAN I CALL WHEN NO ONE ANSWERS,I SAID BOOK AN ENGINEER,SORRY CANT DO THAT,I FEEL LIKE THROWING THE PHONE OUT OF THE WINDOW,10 DAYS AND STILL NO SOLUTION,JUST HOW DO I GET THIS SORTED ????
