Hi chas28,

Thanks for your post, and welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having problems with your Landline since the migration. Can you expand on the exact problems you're facing? Do you have a dial tone?

I've looked on our end, and it appears to have been provisioned correctly. Can you please confirm that your Landline is plugged into the back of your Hub in "TEL 1"? It may need to be plugged into an adapter, which would have been sent a few weeks ago.

When you have the adapter/telephone plugged into the "TEL 1" socket, please try rebooting your Hub.

Thanks.

Hi , have reset the hub and still not working - the phone has non tone and won't take any calls - the display on the phone says:

Please check line cord

I had to buy a cable from Currys for this to set up. I have plugged the adaptor into the hub , but then needed the cable to plug from the adaptor to my phone as my phone has the same socket as the Hub and not the longer one - don't know if this has made a difference - thanks for the prompt reply

Hi @chas28,

Thank you for your swift response and confirmation on what's happening with the line. I'm going to drop you a private message so we can look into this for you. Please look out for it in the top-right, purple envelope.

Thanks,
