old dual phones lost dialling tone...just bought new dual phones no dialing tone tried a working non cordless phone no dialing tone ..has to be a fault elsewhere ...how can i get an engineer to take a look at this fault please ???

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the land line.
Are you plugged into the master socket?
It will have a larger socket and contain a logo
of Virgin Media, NTL, Telewest or Nynex. Any extension sockets will be smaller and have no logo.
