no dialling tone, no means of making or receiving calls

Hello

My landline currently has no dialling tone for 3 days with no means of making or receiving calls.

Website status check is showing all ok.

Any help would be appreciated as this seems to happening more often over the last few months.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the landline occur when making calls.
May I ask if you've been able to check all the cables to the landline and whether or not you've been able to try another landline handset?

Yes we have tried another landline and have check cables inside and outside the house.

Looks as if there may be a fault which can't be detected from either end.
