no dial tone

Hi can someone for virgin media advise please. I have no dial tone on the landline, this has been since last week. I thought it was my phone so have brought a new one but still no dial tone. If i ring the home phone it rings but not able to answer and I am unable to make an outgoing call. I have completed all the check as advised on the website. Many thanks

Sorry to hear that you are having landline issues, have you been able to get this sorted since your post?  I've run remote diagnostics and the line appears to be OK from this end.

No the phone is still not working. If I phone the landline from my mobile it rings but you canot answer. I am also unable to make a call from the landline and there is no dialling tone

I have taken the opportunity to book the next available engineer appointment to come and get this resolved for you. 

 

You can log in to your my virgin media account to find out the time and date.
