Help I installed a new hub (4) last night and TV and broadband work fine but my land line which plugs into the hub doesn't work - no dial tone and shows a message 'line cord error". i worked perfectly with the previous hub a 3

Very sorry that you're having an issue with the landline, this isn't good.
Is there no dial tone when you pick up the handset or when somebody calls you?
When did you get the new hub, has it been longer than 48 hours?
Let us know more and we can run some further checks.
