no dial tone

no dial tone since yesterday,cut off mid call,rm5 area.anyboby got same problem

Very sorry for the trouble you're having with your landline, I can appreciate the frustration this may cause. 

 

I've had a look at the account using the details you used when joining the forums and I've ran some checks. I've now booked you in an engineer visit, the details of this will be available via your online account as well as a text message confirmation. If the time and date booked doesn't suit you then you'll be able to re arrange online. You'll also need to have somebody over the age of 18 in the property at the time.
