Hi, Our phone hasn't been working for a couple of days. No dial tone. I've unplugged from socket etc and replugged but no good. I ran a landline test via your website which said there was no issue. Can you help please?

Hi thanks for the response. I have a two phones in the set and neither are working. Display says 'check phone line'.
