Hi,
Just tried to use my landline and there is no dialtone. Calls to the landline get a repeating single beep tone.
There was a power outage around 2pm, don't know if that caused problems.
Tried a second analog phone and there is nothing on the line.

Just phoned support from my mobile, also registered at the address and get a recorded message saying the home phone fault has been identified and it will be fixed by tomorrow morning.
Of course if the Website had shown me there was an issue instead of saying there are no problems in your area i would not have made a wasted call.
Not impressed.

I'm sure the team are working to update the website to reflect this as soon as possible.
