Hi there, I took out a package with Virgin on14th September, they said I could keep my original number. It's working other than if anyone dials it gives a long tone - implying no connection. I've called from several phones and it is the same tone and no connection. Any ideas? I've spent 30 mins on the helpline and not got through and the online help just takes you around in a circle until you give up. Please help! I cannot find any other way to contact a person on the virgin media website

Sorry to hear that you have been having issues with your landline,Are you able to clarify if you are unable to make outbound calls or get inbound calls? Is there a dial tone when you pick up the phone? I'm having a look at your connection and everything appears to be active and enabled.
