new phone

I am sure you did not mean to inconvenience two vulnerable pensioners but we now have no easy access to the telephone. We had to bring it upstairs to connect to hub.

What can be done to rectify this problem

VM should offer to reconnect your extensions to the phone socket on the hub for free as part of the switchover process. Details at the link below
