new hub problems

had new hub today, broadband works fine. BUT NOT the phone which is also connected by broadband NOT a land line

Hello

Was you previous phone line also using the hub ?

The phone line by the hub can take 24hrs to be activated once the hub has been activated, when the 24hrs has passed if it has not come on then please do come back on this thread and a VM forum staff member will pick it up.

Hi, Yes previous phone was connected to hub. Will wait and see
