Hi there. I was having issues with my broadband which seems to have been addressed but now my neighbors home phone is extremely crackly and impossible to hear anything.
There was a guy working today and the issues started immediately after they left.
She is currently undergoing cancer treatment and is contacted by the hospital daily. She does not have a mobile so is very stuck.
i am totally unable to reach a human on customer service numbers.
She is also a virgin customer. Appreciate any rapid help you can offer
