hi - i am unable to contact anyone at virgin and they have not responded to the letter i sent to them. i have a power of attorney for my mother, and i want to get the supply cut off to her flat as she is now in a care home. the letter included the power of attorney (luckily a copy as it appears to have disappeared) and asked for the telephone to be disconnected. how do i speak/correspond with some directly to get this sorted. many thanks tom

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've had in cancelling your mum's account.
Have you been able to try calling into the team via 150/0345 454 1111 regarding this?
The cancellation team would be able to assist with this.

Right I see. Even with power of attorney they would still need to pass data protection.
We have a dedicated team that should be able to assist with this.
They can be contacted via: 0800 952 2302. They are open Monday - Friday 8am-6pm.
Can you please try this team instead.
