We have been with Virgin media since it was NTL, possibly over ten years, we have landline and broadband ONLY but we were told that we COULDN'T have the 2 on the same account as put in at different times. Every time i ring up for one account they can't find the other on the system, i am still trying to get the landline phone and broadband as one bill but no matter what i do on phone i'm told no as one doesn't exist but obviously it does as the money comes out every month.
I was told i could merge the 2 into one account and would have to go through the moving department, guess what you can't find us.
PLEASE!! Can someone tell me what i have to do to merge these 2 accounts, we are spending a lot more (almost £50 a month for broadband alone) than we should do and it isn't right.
