loss of telephone service- line cord error

wish to report no phone service, how do you do this by email?

There is no email reporting option.

You can call VM on 0345 454 1111 from another phone to report the issue or run tests online here:

https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status

and then there should be an option to report the issue.

The last option is to wait a few days for VM staff to get to this thread and they should be able to help.

Thanks for your reply. I suspected that would be the case. The fault seems to have been corrected since my post.
