This morning I gave the 30 days notice to leave Virgin Broadband and Phone
. Staff did not know what to do with my request to keep home number and port it to new provider Plusnet. Passed to a third person who seemed to know something and said would adjust things to allow Plusnet to have home number ie Port it
Now after work today I see new contract with Virgin for home phoneline £19 raised bills and do not understand I didnt raise this order. Plusnet setting me up 17 Jun Virgin closing 22 June. What is this messy mistake all about obviously related to the porting number thing. But being charged for Virgins mistakes ... no thanks Cant get through to anyone this evening and if Virgin have raised a new order that I havent asked for home phone (downgrade) why am I being billed. I didnt request it . Can anyone advise Im rather annoyed at the trouble being caused the lack of communication Cannot chat whatsapp or call without being ignored and held for hrs
