landline

Hi , would be very grateful if anyone can anyone shed any light on the following. Since Monday 16/10/2023 I have not been able to receive any calls on my landline. No problem making calls. Have asked a few friends to ring me from their mobiles and landline. they all say that the the call disconnects after a a couple of rings.  I have tried ringing my land line from my mobile and the call ends after 2 rings. I don't have any call baring or divert set up. Phone was fine the day before.  Tried ringing Virgin but gave up after 55 mins on hold. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Landline, and getting in touch. I've had a look on our side, and it looks like we'll need to book a Technician to come and investigate this issue.
