My landline is not working properly. I was cut off mid way on an incoming call yesterday. They re-dialled my number and the phone rang, but there was no response when I picked up - it kept ringing. There is no dialling tone on a new simple corded phone I have tried.

Hi @john2357 thanks for your post, although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised here about your landline.

As you've tried another handset that is useful, so we can definitely take this to PM as we may need to get a technician arranged for you to get your landline fixed.
