I have had no dialing tone for over 36 hours and cant get any help on line or phone. I know the reason for the fault as it has happened before, we had a short power outage on Sun05/06/22 about midnight, after a power outage the landline stops working and I assume needs a reset somewhere, this is normally done after a few hours but not this time its so frustrating as virgin are still going to charge me even though I have no service. Can someone from Virgin expedite this fault please. Geoff Calderbank

I have checked out systems and I cannot see any outages / planned work.
