Landline started ringing continually every time we answered it it just crackled.  Cannot phone out on landline and when I try to phone landline from a mobile it states number not valid.  Does anyone know what the problem is?

I'm so sorry to hear you're having some issues with your landline.

I have checked our systems and can see your area is impacted by an outage. 

Our engineers are working to fix the problem and are expected to have this repaired by 02:25 on 04/05/22.
