landline to Virgin hub 3.0

Hello, I need an adapter to connect my landline phone to Virgin hub 3.0 please. Can you help?

Can I ask why you need one?

Your other post suggests you're an existing customer with a home phone. So unless you've been explicitly told by Virgin Media you need to swap your home phone to the Hub, then you keep your current home phone connection.

Hi, thanks for reply, I’ve accidentally cut through my old landline whilst decorating and thought this may be a solution ( although we rarely use the landline tbh).

If you report the fault then Virgin will see the best option for a fix. That may be patching the existing cable or in some circumstances it could be to move you over to the Hub based line.

If it's the latter then you'd get the adapter as part of the change.

Thanks for your help, I was hoping someone could just send an adapter so I could try it without having to tie up the customer team. I’ll give them a ring. Thank You.
