landline switchover

forgotten my switchover date, how can I find it. I’m in area 31 if that helps.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

With regards to your switchover, if you are currently being migrated over, you would have received a letter confirming this along with your adaptor to plug in, this letter would state the date of your switchover.

got the adapter plug & paperwork related to that but no letter re switchover date

Thanks for getting back to me, on the letter with the adaptor are no dates mentioned there? If not you may have also received an email/text with regards to this, you may want to check your junk/spam folder.

already checked everywhere I can think of, if there doing it by area number surely this would be on their website, which Ive also checked
