Hi im posting this for my auntie as shes the account holder weve tried to switch the landline to fibre with the adapter as required and followed all the instructions but nothing is happening and now our line is dead we need the landline as my auntie is a pensioner and im autistic how do we go about booking an engineer to get this sorted so we can get this up and running again

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that your auntie is having some issues with her landline connection after the Home Phone Switchover! I can understand how frustrating this can be.
Have you taken a look at our Home Phone Switchover FAQ page to see if this can assist with the install? Have you tried to reboot the broadband Hub to see if this can resolve the issue?
Please check the connections and reboot the Hub as this can sometimes resolve the issue right after install. If this has not worked, please get back in touch so we can help.

hi it didnt work but ive just checked via the my virgin media app on the service status page and apparently theres a fault to be fixed by 10:45 pm tonight i will leave it for now and then get back in touch tomorrow morning
