landline rings

Can anyone suggest a way of increasing the number of rings on my landline. I am struggling to reach to phone within 5 rings..

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your landline ringing time.
I'd like to take a look into this for you, as it is possible to extend this to a maximum of 30 seconds.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
