Sorry to hear about the loss of telephone service.
Have you received any emails, letter or calls regarding an upgrade to the way we now supply your landline.
You should have also received an adapter that plugs into your Broadband Hub?

I got an adapter in the post and the accompanying leaflet said I'd get an email/letter telling me when the switchover was happening, which I have not had yet.

If the line has gone dead today, It may be the actual switch over then.
Can you please try the adapter in the back of the Hub, Needs to be the one that says Tel1.

Plugged the adapter into the hub and the phone into the adapter, I now have dial tone.

That is great news.
Sorry again you were not informed of the switch date.
With letters it is always at the mercy of Royal Mail. We do send them out in advance.
Can I just ask if the Phone is okay placed next to the Hub?
