Hi, I pay for my mums virgin media package, as she is 87, slightly deaf, and vulnerable. Her landline has stopped working, there is no dial tone and no calls are coming in or out.
I have unplugged the landline, and reconnected it - no change.
I have swapped another phone into the phone socket - no change.
I have spoken to someone on the media helpline, but they say they cant see a problem.
My mum needs her phone. Please fix it.
