Thanks for posting, welcome to the community and indeed Virgin Media. OK so at point of sale or just after, you'd need to request we port your landline number from the previous provider.
Has this been done? If not, is the landline number still active with the previous provider? If not also, this means you'd have a landline set up if part of the bundle, however it would be a new number.
Please do contact the previous provider and request they keep the line active, so we can port it if the above has not been done, we can then book a port request that takes 8 working days.
