landline no dial tone

no dial tone people can hear ringing when they ring me but I get no ring from phone and no dial tone I have reset router and everything

Can you please check that your connections are input correctly and that all cabling is connected? Please also take a look at our Landline Faults page to see if this can assist in resolving your issue.

same issue no dial tone can't phone out when people try phoning me it rings on their end but nothing here very strange
