Hi my landline isn't working. I've tried plugging a new phone in and still no dial tone, completely dead. It's the Virgin box that must be at fault. I've tried calling you numerous times but after an hr of being on hold I give up. Please can you send someone to check it or advise. I've done all the tests online on your fault reporter but it's not showing any landline faults.
There is obviously a fault as the landline is dead, no tone whatsoever. Please help as I'm expecting telephone calls from the hospital which are important.
