landline has switched off and no adaptor has arrived

Hi

our landline switched over to fibre on Monday 14. No adaptor has arrived, so we can’t use it. We didn’t get a letter or an email either, just a text from an unknown number.

 

Please send us an adaptor so we can use our phone.
