How do i report a fault with an elderly relatives landline

Sorry to hear your relative has a fault with their landline.  Sorry for any inconvenience and concern this may be causing your whole family.  Future reference, you can check for any possible issues in your area here. You can also book a technician via that link if needed.  Also, do you know if the telephone line has switched over as per here?  Also have the useful tips here, been unable to help?  As you've reached out to us.
