my landline is down, tried a different phone, and followed the online guide has made no difference. called and been told there is servicing happening in my area but is said that 2 months ago when I had broadband issues plus now my landline has been down for 3 weeks cant make calls or receive calls but I'm still being charged for it even though it doesn't work.
