landline dead

My original switchover date was july 10. I received an email saying that it would now be later and was expecting another email, but have not received one. I received the adaptor and have tried plugging the phone in but the line is dead.

Sorry to see there is a delay in your switchover ☹.

Did our team advise why there is a delay?

What date did it say on the email for your switchover?

Please can you check any spam folders in case it has ended up in there?

What colour is your hub light and are you able to connect to the internet?

Is it just your landline that isn't working after plugging in the adapter?

Hi. There was no date given on the email just that it will be at a later date. That was 10 july and i've heard nothing more. Obviously i can't ring 150 and don't want to spend hours on my 'pay as you go' mobile trying to get through.  Nothing in 'spam'. Hub light is amber and the internet is working fine. It's just the landline. I'm assuming i can just plug the phone into the hub via the adaptor.

I will have a look into this in more detail for you, thank you for providing me with the information.
