landline dead!

landline has suddenly 'gone dead' apart from constant 'beeping' and flashing red led. No dial tone, from either phones attached to wall socket, (not hub connected line!!)

Was OK an hour ago, as made 2 calls, now, nothing. Status page says 'all OK' 

(also have had 2 hub/tv outages lasting a few minutes just now, despite 'no problems' on the status page!!)

Website suggests calling VM in '150' from a landline! (sic!!!) 🤡

Customer service at it's finest!! 🤠

We're sorry that you're experiencing a loss of your Virgin Media Telephone service(s). I have checked our system and this is due to an outage in your area. The latest update we have is: We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way.

We expect to have this repaired by 20:55.
