Hi I'm having problems with my landine and hub not connecting. The phone socket on wall doesn't work and only connects to virgin media. I haven't received a letter to say when the switch over in my area is but I rang VM who has since set new hub and phone adapter. How do I get my landline working as I can't be without it.

Not all phones are 21CV, is your compatible with this?

In your multi-post on ‘Virgin Phone Switchover’, you state that you have connected a new hub but your telephone wall socket continues to function but only dials out to VM support.
VM does this to 'get your attention' regarding the phone switchover and arrange for a new hub to be delivered.
Since you have now done that, it sounds like you either need the dialling-out block on your conventional wall socket connection to be lifted (so you can be switched over at some point in the future to the hub) or you need the switchover to your hub to be carried out.
